Thomas Goldstein is an American lawyer renowned for his extensive advocacy before the U.S. Supreme Court and for co-founding SCOTUSblog, a leading online resource for Supreme Court news and analysis. Formerly a partner at the boutique firm Goldstein & Russell, Goldstein also taught Supreme Court Litigation at both Harvard Law School and Stanford Law School. In January 2025, Goldstein was indicted in federal court in Maryland on charges of tax evasion.
