Bloodbath at The Lodge: Keating & KBM Clean House During Garrett's Comeback

Published:Jun 2, 2026
Updated:Jun 2, 2026

The Lodge's Big Comeback Week

Following the legal victory of the TABC's enforced closure of the Austin cardroom, The Lodge returned with a monster lineup as both Garrett Adelstein and Alan Keating entered the Texas arena for the first time in their livestream cash game history. Many in the poker world considered this livestream to be the best lineup of the year, as the audience was able to witness a perfect mix of fearless recreationals and well-known high stakes professional players battle it out at mind-numbing stakes.

Garrett Adelstein made his initial appearance at The Lodge on Wednesday (5/27/2026) evening, unexpectedly finishing as the session's biggest loser with a deficit of -$110,925. Given his highly competitive reputation, viewers anticipated that "GMan" would quickly attempt to bounce back. He did exactly that the following night, re-entering an even higher stakes game against a tough lineup of notorious deep-stacked regulars such as Doug Polk, Alan Keating, and Bill Perkins.

‎‎

This Past Thursday's Lineup Overview

1. Garrett Adelstein

After making his Lodge debut on Wednesday, Garrett Adelstein returned on Thursday for an even higher stakes $200/$400 +$400 BBA cash game. Adelstein is broadly considered one of the premier talents in televised poker, characterized by a highly aggressive style that consistently puts maximum pressure on the rest of the table. Thursday's session represents only his second appearance on a livestreamed broadcast in 2026.

2. Alan Keating

Alan Keating, a remarkably private figure within the high-stakes poker community, also made his first appearance at The Lodge during its return week broadcasts. Beyond an early investment in the prominent prediction market Polymarket, little is publicly known about Keating's financial background. He is, however, widely recognized for his access to ultra-exclusive private cash games featuring high-net-worth individuals and celebrities.

Keating as built a reputation for being an incredibly loose player, which aligns with his ridiculous lifetime VPIP of 70%. Despite this, Keating is enjoying a highly profitable year in televised games, boasting a +$1.75 million profit fueled by a $5.6 million upswing from a previous career low of -$3.4 million.

‎‎

3. Doug Polk

Lodge co-owner Doug Polk also participated in Thursday's game, bringing his characteristically aggressive and volatile playstyle to the table. Historically, his results in broadcasted cash games have fluctuated significantly, marked by repeated million-dollar upswings and downswings over the course of the last decade.

4. Bill Perkins

Bill Perkins is an American hedge fund manager and entrepreneur based out of Houston, TX who is a known regular at some of the highest stakes cash games around the world. He's been seen everywhere from PokerStars Live to PokerGO's High Stakes Poker. This was his sixth appearance at The Lodge Card Club's high stakes cash game show.

‎‎

5. Sam "Senor Tilt" Kiki

MonkeyTilt CEO Sam "Senor Tilt" Kiki is one of the most polarizing new high-stakes poker figures in recent times, who will also be making his Lodge debut alongside Alan Keating. Kiki is a known deep-stack player who has been seen playing stakes as high as $500/1K NLH on live broadcast.

6. Matthew "KBM" Kolibas

Matthew "KBM" Kolibas, CEO of the cryptocurrency casino YEET, re-entered the televised cash game arena on Thursday. This latest appearance concluded a three-year absence from livestreamed poker, with his most recent prior broadcast having taken place at The Lodge on February 25, 2023.

‎‎

7. Jasper Ma

Jasper Ma, a regular player on Hustler Casino Live, joined the roster for his Lodge debut on Thursday. Although details regarding Ma's background outside of poker are scarce, his track record on camera is well-documented; prior to this latest appearance, he had accumulated more than $1.3 million in lifetime earnings from livestreamed cash games.

‎‎

The Final Tally

The cash game commenced at $100/$200 +$200 BBA, escalating to $200/$400 +$400 BBA approximately two hours into the broadcast. Most of the lineup remained at the table for the entirety of the nine-hour livestream, with the notable exceptions of Sam Kiki and Bill Perkins, who departed after roughly five hours of play.

Alan Keating and Matthew "KBM" Kolibas walked away the big winners of the night, with Garrett Adelstein, Sam Kiki, EZ, Taras, and Jasper Ma collectively losing roughly -$2.1 million.

Key Notes:

1. Following this past Thursday's win, Alan Keating has improved his 2026 year-to-date performance to +$2,275,300, establishing him as the second-most profitable player in livestreamed cash games this year. This recent surge has also elevated him to 16th place on the All-Time TV Cash Game List. Furthermore, Keating currently holds a career 70% VPIP (Voluntarily Put in Pot), marking the highest hand participation rate of any player with over 100 hours in televised poker history.

‎‎

2. Following KBM's return after 3 years away from the livestream cash game world, he has risen to #3 on the all-time Poker At The Lodge leaderboard with a lifetime profit of +$1,117,100.

‎‎

3. Following Taras' loss of -$551,600, he has gone negative on lifetime livestream cash game profits for the first time in over 3 years. His peak livestream cash game profits sat at +$819,935 on April 27, 2024.

‎‎

4. Following Jasper Ma's loss of -$865,000 this past Thursday, he has given up most of his Hustler Casino Live profits which sits at +$1,266,530 as of June 2026.

‎‎

5. Garrett Adelstein's highly anticipated 2026 comeback resulted in a combined -$124,025 loss over two sessions.

‎‎

6. On the broadcast, the commentators stated that The Lodge had it's highest concurrent viewership ever this past Thursday with over 15,000 live viewers.
