On August 11, 2023, Triton Poker broadcasted a pre-recorded $1,000,000 buy-in cash game featuring some of the biggest names in the poker world. The cash game occurred during the London 2023 Triton event, with many of the players also participating in the series of tournament occurring over that two week period. In this post, we'll be taking a deep dive into the results of the 8-hour long broadcast as well as the key hands that took place during the game.
The stakes in this cash game were $1,000/2000 ($4,000 BB Ante).
Each player at the table bought in for a minimum of $1,000,000.

Meet The Players
Paul Phua
Born on April 29, 1964, Paul Phua is a legendary casino owner and bookmaker from Sarawak, Malaysia. Phua began his career as a computer technician and later became heavily involved in the rise of Macau's expansion as the gambling capital of Asia. Prior to the Million Dollar Cash Game event at Triton Poker's London 2023 event, Phua had a long history participating in their broadcasted cash games.
Phua has previously made several appearances in Triton Poker cash game events such as in the 2023 Special Cash Games, Madrid 2022, Northern Cyprus 2022, Cyprus 2022, Montenegro 2019, London 2019, Jeju 2018, as well as Montenegro 2018.
Santhosh Suvarna
Santhosh Suvarna is an Indian poker player and casino owner from Bangalore, India. Suvarna currently resides in Dubai, and is the previous owner of the Rockets Poker Room in Bengaluru. Later in 2022, he partnered with fellow poker player and entrepreneur Vikram Kumar to establish the Cadillac Casino at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Goa.
Prior to this event, Santhosh only made one appearance at the Triton Poker Northern Cyprus 2022 cash game event. Since then, he has been seen on Big Bet Poker as well as Hustler Casino Live battling at some of the highest stakes cash games in the world.
Tony Guoga
Tony Guoga is a Lithuanian poker player and entrepreneur who is a legend in the poker world. Guoga started his career as a successful businessman who founded several companies in the IT and iGaming industries. Later in his life he began becoming involved in politics was elected to the European Parliament as a member of the Lithuanian delegation in 2014. He served within the Lithuanian delegation until 2019.
Prior to this event, Tony Guoga had made several appearances at Triton Poker cash games such as in Madrid 2022 and Montenegro 2019. Those cash game series involved a mixture of No Limit Holdem, Pot Limit Omaha, as well as Short Deck game type variants.
Mr. Long
Not much is known about Mr. Long besides the fact that he's a successful businessman from Vietnam. This is also his first appearance in Triton Poker cash games.
Ferdinand Putra
Not much is known about Ferdinand Putra besides the fact that he's a high stakes poker player who has been seen regularly at Triton Poker events. For cash games, we've seen appearances of Ferdinand Putra at the Triton Poker Cyprus 2022 event, as well as on a few episodes of High Stakes Poker and Hustler Casino Live.
Phil Nagy
Phil Nagy is an American-Costa Rican poker player and entrepreneur most well-known as the CEO of Winning Poker Network, the parent company of Americas Cardroom. He is originally from the United States, but later moved to Costa Rica in order to operate his online poker site outside of his home country's jurisdiction. As a result, he's accumulated a fortune and has the sufficient bankroll to battle it out at some of the highest stakes cash games in the world.
Prior to this event, Phil Nagy has only been seen once in public cash games at the Triton Poker Special Game II in July 2023.
Rob Yong
Rob Yong is a British entrepreneur and poker player from Hull, United Kingdom. He is best known as the founder of the UK-based casino and poker room Dusk Till Dawn, which opened in 2007 and has since become one of the most popular poker destinations in Europe. In 2015, Yong was inducted into the Poker Hall of Fame as part of the "Industry" category, recognizing his contributions to the growth and development of the game.
Prior to the cash game event, Rob Yong was only seen once in public Triton Poker cash games at the Jeju 2019 game.
Wai Kin Yong
Wai Kin Yong is a Malaysian professional poker player and son of Richard Yong, a Malaysian bookmaker. Wai Kin Yong is widely regarded as one of the top players in Asia and has had significant success in high-stakes tournaments and cash games.

Elton Tsang
Elton Tsang is a Canadian high-stakes poker player from Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. Tsang began his career in the finance industry, working as an investment banker for several years before turning to poker. Tsang is known to be a high-stakes cash game regular around the world, regularly going on 7-8 figure swings due to the nature of the size of the games he's participating in.
